III Handicapping
D. Change to read: Position in heat race is determined by points accumulated in the last three races for streets and rookies.  Position in heat races is determined by money won in the last three races for modifieds, sportsman and pro stocks. Position in the feature race is determined by points accumulated in the last three races for cruisers.  An absentee week counts as follows:  Modifieds - $500, Sportsman - $200, Pro stocks - $100, Streets stocks - 50 points, Cruisers - 50 points.  The handicapper will post drivers last three finishes with money won/points along with current points at the pit shack on a weekly basis.

III. Handicapping
H.  Add to read: When a driver has qualified through a heat race his car is placed in the lineup using the same procedure as placement in the heat.

I.  Add to read: The Race Director or Handicapper may elect to start a car at a postion lower than handicap points/money indicate.  This decision is based on the driver’s experience or his/her actions on the race trace/pits.

IV. Points
B. Change to read:  All events will be point races except the first race scheduled in April, or those events declared as non-point events by the Race Director. The final point race for modifieds and sportsman is Labor Day weekend.

C.  Add to read:  Disqualification in a feature race can result in last place points/money or no points/money depending on the severity of the incident. The Race Director determines the penalty.
