Dylan was the nephew to Glen Ridge modified driver Erik Nelson. We wish Erik and Bill Nelson and the entire Nelson family the very best as they get through this very unfortunate situation. |

| June 3, 2008 - The Glen Ridge Motorsports Park has just announced that on July 4th they will be holding a special race for the modifieds and budget sportsmans. The two races will be an open tire rule race with any track tire welcomed. The modifieds will race tor 40 laps with more money on the line, same for the budget sportsmans, but running 30 laps. This is a non points race for the modifieds and budgets, but 20 points will be awarded for all regulars attempting to qualify. Street stocks and cruisers will on the racing card as well running for regular points. The debut of the XL 600 mini mods will also take place. |
